Indore police on Sunday arrested 11 ladies for allegedly stealing cellphones, cameras and different objects from a store within the metropolis underneath the bounds of Mahatma Gandhi Marg Highway police station.

“On Sunday morning, we had acquired a criticism from the proprietor of Kalka Photograph Studio located on the fruit market, Nandlalpura in Indore. In his criticism, the proprietor has alleged that objects like digicam, lights, cellular, pen drives and different costly objects have been stolen from his store. The proprietor in his criticism said that objects price Rs four.5 lakh have been stolen,” RK Chaturvedi, Station Home Officer (SHO) Mahatma Gandhi Marg Highway police station advised ANI.

“We obtained data that some 10-11 ladies have been combating over the distribution of electronics objects amongst themselves. We fashioned a staff and arrested them. We recovered stolen objects from their possession. When enquired, they accepted the crime,” he added.

They have been arrested and have been produced earlier than the courtroom. They’re now being despatched to jail, SHO stated.
