Amid disaster brewing in Rajasthan after Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot’s open revolt in opposition to the Congress, tax raids had been carried out this morning on the Jaipur properties of two of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s aides.
The properties of Rajiv Arora, vice chairman of the celebration’s Rajasthan unit, and Dharmendra Rathore within the state capital had been raided hours after the ruling Congress denied any risk to its authorities in a late-night press briefing.
