A 20-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly sexually assaulted in Bairagarh locality close to Bhopal and three individuals have been arrested on this connection, police stated on Sunday.

“Accused Dev Singh Rathore (40) allegedly raped the lady round eight.30 pm on Saturday. He and his two mates — Kalu Tanwani (34) and Akash Malviya (21) — who helped him in committing the crime, have been arrested on Sunday,” Sub Divisional Officer of Police (SDOP) Antima Samadhiya stated.

The lady’s relations had filed a lacking particular person’s report at Bairagarh police station at 1.15 am Sunday after she didn’t return dwelling, the officer stated.
