Delhi Police have seized two autos from the accused (Representational)

A businessman, his son and his son’s buddy had been arrested by the Delhi Police for assaulting a policeman who tried to interrupt up a combat over a highway accident, officers stated. The accident, in keeping with the Delhi Police, befell within the metropolis’s Chittaranjan Park space on Monday.
Two of the accused, Rohan and Anish Raghav, had been combating when the policeman reached the spot. As he tried to cease the combat, they abused him and fought with him, and likewise tore his uniform, the police stated.
Police additional stated that Rohan’s father Ajay Mahipal additionally arrived on the spot and began abusing and combating with the cop.

A case below related sections of the Indian Penal Code has been registered towards the three and two autos have been seized by the police.
