5 infiltrators have been shot useless by the Border Safety Pressure in an encounter alongside the Indo-Pak border in Punjab early this morning.
The infiltrators have been making an attempt to enter the Indian aspect by means of the Khemkaran border space in Tarn Taran district once they have been noticed by the BSF patrol crew, officers mentioned.
“Upon being challenged to cease, the intruders fired upon the troops who retaliated in self defence. 5 intruders have been killed within the gunfight,” they added.

The incident occurred round four:45 am, information company PTI reported quoting a BSF official.
An intensive search operation alongside the entrance is underway.
