A person has been arrested for allegedly raping a 5-year-old lady in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore, police stated.
The accused was offered earlier than the court docket, that despatched him to jail, senior police official Nihit Upadhyay stated that.
“A 5-year-old was raped by her neighbour in Hira Nagar. He lured the lady by providing her meals. The lady’s kin noticed her with the person then they knowledgeable us. After the incident, the accused fled away. He has been arrested now,” Mr Upadhyay instructed reporters right here.
A case has been registered part 376 A and 376 B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and related sections of Safety of Youngsters from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
