Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Administration Committee (DSGMC) president Manjinder Singh Sirsa met Exterior Affairs Ministry officers and claimed that he had been assured that 600 Sikhs and Hindus in Afghanistan shall be issued visas by India within the coming days.

Mr Sirsa stated he took up the problem of bringing to India the remaining Hindu and Sikh households from Afghanistan and the ministry assured him that 600 individuals whose record is prepared shall be given visas inside per week.
