20 to 25 feared trapped after constructing collapses in Bhiwandi close to Mumbai.
New Delhi:
Not less than eight folks have died after a three-storeyed constructing collapsed in Bhiwandi close to Mumbai early this morning.
As per the preliminary data, 5 folks have been rescued from the rubble of the constructing in Patel Compound space.
The incident occurred at round three:40 am. The Nationwide Catastrophe Response Pressure (NDRF), hearth brigade and police groups are finishing up recue efforts.

“The variety of deaths have risen to eight in Bhiwandi constructing collapse incident. 5 extra folks have been rescued,” Thane Municipal Company spokesperson was quoted as saying by information company ANI.
Not less than 20 persons are feared to be trapped, NDRF chief Satya Pradhan tweeted.
