Calcutta Excessive Court docket Chief Justice TBN Radhakrishnan has mentioned that he would wish to be addressed as ‘Sir’ by all judiciary officers in Bengal and Andaman as an alternative of ‘My Lord’ or ‘Lordship’, as was the apply thus far.
