The Pune district administration on Wednesday filed a case in opposition to an ambulance service supplier within the metropolis for overcharging a COVID-19 affected person.

The ambulance service charged a affected person Rs eight,000 for a seven-km experience on June 25, stated District Collector Naval Kishore Ram.

The case was registered underneath the Catastrophe Administration Act and Motor Autos Act.
