Apple Not Playing Fair, US App Maker Blix Said to Write to EU


US app maker Blix on Monday took its struggle towards Apple to Europe because it laid out its grievances towards the iPhone maker to EU antitrust chief Margrethe Vestager, saying that Apple isn’t enjoying honest.

Blix’s criticism got here amid Vestager’s ongoing investigation into Apple’s App Store and cell cost system Apple Pay as she strikes to curb the ability of on-line gatekeepers on which 1000’s of corporations rely for enterprise.

Blix beforehand sued Apple for excluding its BlueMail product from the Mac App Retailer, accusing the company of infringing its patented know-how and abusing its dominance within the app retailer.

“It’s clear to us that Apple isn’t enjoying honest,” Blix founder Ben Volach wrote in a letter to Vestager seen by Reuters.
