BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy on Wednesday stated the Rs 1.70-lakh crore package deal introduced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Bihar has been applied efficiently and the JD(U)-BJP dispensation will return to energy within the state after the upcoming meeting elections on the premise of its efficiency.
