The BJP on Tuesday launched its first listing of 27 candidates for the three-phase Bihar meeting polls, ranging from October 28.
The names embrace worldwide shooter Shreyasi Singh from Jamui constituency and former MP Hari Manjhi from Bodhgaya. Ms Singh had joined the party on Sunday.
All of the candidates are for the election’s first section during which 71 seats of the 243-member meeting will go to polls.
The social gathering launched the listing after the ruling NDA introduced its seat-sharing components for the Bihar meeting polls underneath which JD(U) will contest on 122 seats and BJP 121.
