Bhutan mentioned disputed areas might be mentioned in subsequent spherical of talks with China (Representational)

New Delhi:

The boundary between Bhutan and China is below negotiation and has not been demarcated, the Royal Bhutanese embassy in India has mentioned.

“24 rounds of ministerial-level boundary talks held, 25th spherical delayed resulting from COVID. All disputed areas to be mentioned in subsequent spherical, to be held as quickly as mutually handy,” the Royal Bhutanese embassy mentioned in a press release.

Bhutan’s assertion comes amid stories of Chinese language claims over Sakteng wildlife sanctuary in japanese Bhutan.
