The police has issued an FIR in opposition to the person and additional investigation is underway.

An FIR has been registered in opposition to a person on the idea of a criticism from his spouse who alleged that he gave her ”triple talaq”.
“I bought married in September 2017 to Abdul Samee a Lab Technician and we shifted to Hyderabad from Mallepally. Two months after the marriage, my husband and his household began harassing me mentally and bodily. My in-laws have been torturing me for extra dowry, gold each month and I used to go to my mom or uncle’s house,” alleged the complainant.
The girl alleged that after she gave delivery to a boy in June 2018, after two months her husband and in-laws stole her gold and when she enquired about it, they hit me and injured me “My husband locked me inside the home for 3 months with none communication with neighbours or cell phone,” she added.
She additional mentioned that his members of the family used to torture her to divorce him. “Many occasions, he used the phrase ”talaq” and tortured me mentally and injuring myself or commit suicide. He tried to kill me and saved me underneath home arrest however I tolerated them for the sake of my little one,” the claimant detailed.
She additional mentioned that on March 25 after an argument Samee uttered the phrase ”talaq” thrice and dropped her off at her mom’s place.
The LB Nagar Police underneath Rachakonda Commissionerate has issued an FIR in opposition to Samee underneath Part four of The Muslim Girls (Safety of rights on Marriage) Act 2019.
Additional investigation is at present underway.
