A senior lady officer of the Authorities Railway Police (GRP) in Mumbai has lodged a case towards an Assistant Police Inspector (API) from Yavatmal district for allegedly sending her obscene movies and footage.
A First Info Report was registered by the Bandra GRP on Tuesday and later transferred to DN Nagar police station in whose jurisdiction the girl officer lives.
In line with the complainant, few days in the past she bought a message on Fb from a person who launched himself as “API Rahul Kumar Raut” hooked up to Financial Offences Wing in Yavatmal district of Maharashtra.
She didn’t thoughts sharing her quantity along with her as he stated he was a police officer, however later she started to obtain obscene footage and movies from his quantity, she stated.
As he didn’t stop sending such materials even after she warned him, she filed a case, the girl GRP officer stated.
GRP commissioner Ravindra Sengaonkar stated the FIR was registered underneath IPC sections 354-A (Sexual Harassment), 354-D (Stalking) and related sections of IT Act and additional probe is on.
