The van of a money logistics agency ferrying Rs 39 lakh collected from the native SBI department in Sidhi in Madhya Pradesh has gone lacking, police mentioned on Tuesday.

The van was operated by CMS Securities and the cash was collected on Monday night to replenish ATMs of the financial institution, mentioned Kotwali police station in cost Arun Pandey.

The financial institution authorities discovered one thing amiss after they began receiving complaints that ATMs had run dry, and shortly realised the van and the cash had gone lacking, following which a grievance was lodged, he mentioned.
