Earth Sciences Minister Harsh Vardhan has launched a cell software which can present city-wise climate forecasts, nowcasts and different warnings.

The cell software, “Mausam“, has been designed and developed collectively by the Worldwide Crops Analysis Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM), Pune and the India Meteorological Division (IMD).
