The Centre is planning to ship a particular crew to evaluate the COVID-19 scenario in Bihar and prolong all vital assist to the state authorities.
“In view of the rising development of COVID-19 instances being noticed in Bihar, a call has been taken to depute a multi-disciplinary crew to overview and coordinate with the State Well being Division in managing the COVID-19 outbreak there,” the Ministry of Well being and Household Welfare stated.
The crew will include Joint Secretary within the Well being Ministry Lav Agarwal, NCDC Director Dr S Okay Singh and AIIMS Professor Dr Neeraj Nishchal.
“The Centre shall undertake the go to instantly and coordinate with the state well being authorities to overview the present scenario and supply vital assist and steerage,” the Well being Ministry added.
