1 tbsp lemon juice

Half tsp garam masala powder

For Biryani:

1 cup rice
1 onion, chopped

2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic, crushed
1 tsp cumin seeds
Four cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
Four-5 black peppercorns
2 cardamom pods
1 inexperienced chilli, slit
Salt to style
Pink chilli powder to style
Half tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp mint leaves
2 tsp saffron, soaked in water

Technique:

Step 1 – Marinate hen items in curd combined with salt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, crimson chili powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice and oil. Relaxation for at the least one hour, then cook dinner to make hen tikka on range or grill or oven. Preserve it apart.
