Two engineering school drop-outs in Ghaziabad held the proprietor of a cybercafe at gunpoint and robbed Rs 1.25 lakh from his store, police mentioned. Whereas certainly one of them has been arrested, together with the money and the weapon, the opposite managed to flee, they mentioned.
