The Congress demanded Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat’s resignation on Sunday for his alleged involvement in a conspiracy to topple the Ashok Gehlot authorities in Rajasthan.
Celebration chief and former Union Minister Ajay Maken mentioned the Anti-Corruption Bureau of the Rajasthan Police has registered a case in reference to the audio tapes of a purported dialog between Congress MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and one Sanjay Jain.
“If Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat is claiming that it isn’t his voice and the reference within the audio clip is of another Gajendra Singh, then why is he afraid of giving voice samples?” Mr Maken requested.
He mentioned Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has no ethical authority to proceed as a Union minister and will resign in order that the investigation is just not influenced.
Ajay Maken additionally alleged that the police in Haryana and Delhi are giving safety to insurgent Congress MLAs from Rajasthan.
He mentioned the centre is threatening within the title of CBI as a result of it desires to cease the probe into the conspiracy.
