COVID-19: Prohibitory orders have been prolonged in Noida and Larger Noida until August 31

Noida:

Restrictions underneath Part 144 of the Prison Process Code (CrPC), which bars meeting of greater than 4 individuals, have been prolonged until August 31 in Uttar Pradesh’s Gautam Buddh Nagar district which incorporates the dual cities of Noida and Larger Noida, an official order said on Friday.

Political, social, sporting or non secular congregations, protest rallies or processions will stay banned throughout Noida and Larger Noida throughout the interval, the district police stated.

The order has been issued by the district police in view of the COVID-19 outbreak, whilst “Unlock three” – the third part of easing of restrictions imposed as a part of the coronavirus lockdown – begins throughout the nation from in the present day.

“Strict motion can be taken towards anybody who violates the restriction orders underneath Indian Penal Code Part 188 (disobedience to order duly put in force by public servant),” Mr Dwivedi said within the order.
