Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has introduced an modern approach — Pusa Decomposer — developed by the scientists at Indian Agriculture Analysis Institute (IARI), which shall be used for the speedy decomposition of stubble within the nationwide capital and close by states.

He mentioned by this, the farmer doesn’t have to burn the stubble. “It’s useful for the farmers and all of the individuals residing in Delhi-NCR. Mr Kejriwal mentioned the IARI has given a presentation to him and “this invention is doable, sensible and cost-effective”.
