A dispute emerged between a health care provider and a police constable on the Docs Day on Wednesday and the argument degenerated into fisticuffs on the district hospital. The incident, which came about round 12 midday, was captured on CCTV.
Dr Amit Patidar accused the policeman of utilizing foul language and breaking his spectacles.
