A 26-year-old man employed as a home employee was arrested for allegedly stealing jewelry from a home in south Delhi’s Higher Kailash space, police stated on Wednesday.

The accused has been recognized as Mantu Yadav, a resident of Jharkhand, they stated.

On August 16, a resident of Higher Kailash, who’s the sister-in-law of a former Lok Sabha Speaker, lodged a criticism alleging that her home employee had stolen 5 diamond rings, one pearl ring and a gold chain from her home, a senior police officer stated.
