The Central Bureau of Investigation probe has revealed that officers within the RTOs have been utilizing touts for issuing the licences with out a driving take a look at. These touts have been charged Rs 37,000 from every applicant for issuing these licences, in line with the probe.
The central probe company has arrested Baljeet Kaur, an alleged tout, based mostly on a criticism from a resident of Delhi who was approached by Ms Kaur to pay Rs 37,000 for a driving license with out the take a look at.
