Exterior Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will go to Tokyo from October 6 to 7 throughout which he’ll maintain talks together with his Japanese counterpart Toshimitsu Motegi and attend a ministerial assembly of the Quadrilateral coalition.

Asserting the go to, the Ministry of Exterior Affairs (MEA) mentioned Mr Jaishankar and Mr Motegi are anticipated to debate bilateral and regional problems with mutual curiosity.

“In the course of the go to, the Exterior Affairs Minister may even take part within the second India-Australia-Japan-USA ministerial assembly on October 6 during which the Overseas ministers of the respective nations will take part,” the MEA mentioned.

It mentioned the overseas ministers will focus on the post-COVID-19 worldwide order and the necessity for a coordinated response to the varied challenges rising from the pandemic.
