New Delhi:

9 persons are trapped inside a hydroelectric plant in Telangana after a fireplace broke out at one of many energy homes contained in the plant late final evening.

Ten folks have been rescued from the Srisailam hydroelectric plant, which is close to Telangana’s border with Andhra Pradesh. The hearth reportedly began at 10:30 PM.

Based on preliminary reviews, a quick circuit on the underground hydroelectric energy station located at Srisailam’s dam left financial institution reportedly led to the hearth.

A crew of catastrophe response drive, NDRF, is presently making an attempt to evacuate these trapped inside. They’re being assisted by firemen from Atmakur Hearth Station from Kurnool district.

Extra particulars awaited.
