5 individuals have been arrested for allegedly raping a 17-year-old lady in Jharkhand’s Jamshedpur, the police mentioned at this time.
The lady was within the Bagbera space of the town with a male pal on Tuesday when the accused kidnapped them at gunpoint and took them to Kaliadih Gaushala, Senior Superintendent of Police Tamil Vanan mentioned.
The accused tied up her pal there and raped the lady, the official added.
Amongst these arrested is a minor who has been despatched to a juvenile residence, whereas the others had been despatched to jail, he mentioned.
The accused have been recognized as Shankar Tiu, Roshan Kujur, Suraj Patro and Sunny Soren, the official mentioned.
