A case has been registered towards former Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat, three Congress legislators and 150 others for allegedly violating coronavirus pointers and holding a protest in Haridwar district, police mentioned on Monday.
Mr Rawat led a bullock cart rally from Dhandera to Landhaura close to Roorkee on Independence Day to boost the problem of dilapidated situation of roads, particularly NH-58 that hyperlinks Uttarakhand with Delhi.
