The French Open tennis match, rescheduled to September because of the coronavirus pandemic, shall be restricted to five,000 spectators each day, a discount from the 11,500 introduced by organisers, the Paris police prefecture advised AFP on Thursday. Earlier this month, the French tennis federation (FFT) had revealed plans for the September 27-October 11 Grand Slam to permit 11,500 followers to attend every day, with the Roland Garros venue divided into three unbiased zones.
