District Justice of the Peace (DM) Ajay Shankar Pandey made officers on the collectorate in Ghaziabad work with out electrical energy for an hour on Thursday after situations of energy wastage got here to his discover.

On a sudden inspection of the collectorate at 9.30 am, the DM discovered that the lights, followers and air-conditioners had been switched on in additional than two dozen places of work earlier than the arrival of the officers.
