The Speaker of the Goa legislative meeting Rajesh Patnekar, on Thursday, appealed to all MLAs to get themselves examined for COVID-19.
“I’ve requested all MLAs to go for self-testing. It’s my attraction to them,” Mr Patnekar mentioned.
The Speaker’s remark comes a couple of days after Goa Governor Satya Pal Malik summoned the monsoon session of the state legislative meeting from July 27.
Thus far, Goa has reported 1,482 COVID-19 optimistic instances, in response to the Ministry of Well being and Household Welfare.
