Two influential Naga civil society teams have complained to Prime Minister Narendra Modi towards Nagaland Governor RN Ravi, alleging that he’s functioning in an “autocratic” method and with none regard for what has been achieved in 23 years of peace talks with rebel group NSCN-IM.
