Punjab and Haryana Excessive Court docket in Chandigarh have directed the CBI to probe the matter of Atmosphere Mall’s development in Haryana’s Gurugram, on the land adjoining to the Delhi-Jaipur Nationwide Freeway, meant for a housing undertaking.
A division bench of Justice Rajan Gupta and Justice Karamjit Singh requested CBI to finish the investigation inside six months.

The matter is said to the development raised in roughly 18.98 acres of land adjoining to the Delhi-Jaipur Nationwide Freeway, in Gurugram, which includes a residential complicated, industrial buildings in addition to a shopping center.
Earlier in 2015, a writ petition was filed alleging that whereas elevating the industrial complicated there was a blatant violation of the statutory provisions and guidelines.
