Punjab and Haryana Excessive Court docket in Chandigarh have directed the CBI to probe the matter of Atmosphere Mall’s development in Haryana’s Gurugram, on the land adjoining to the Delhi-Jaipur Nationwide Freeway, meant for a housing undertaking.

A division bench of Justice Rajan Gupta and Justice Karamjit Singh requested CBI to finish the investigation inside six months.
