Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday condoled the demise of soldier Aneesh Thomas, who was killed in a ceasefire violation by Pakistani troops utilizing heavy fireplace alongside the Line of Management in Jammu and Kashmir.

Chief of Opposition within the meeting, Ramesh Chennithala expressed grief over the demise of the soldier and supplied his condolences to the bereaved household.

A press release from Chief Minister’s workplace stated Pinarayi Vijayan condoled the demise of Aneesh Thomas, 36, a local of Alumuk in Kollam district.

Aneesh Thomas was killed and two others, together with an officer, had been injured on Tuesday after Pakistani troops fired with small arms and shelled mortars alongside the Line of Management in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district.

Officers stated his stays might be delivered to Kerala on Thursday.
