Madhya Pradesh Congress MLA from Bhopal PC Sharma in the present day demanded Bharat Ratna for Mahendra Singh Dhoni, a day after the cricketer introduced his retirement from worldwide cricket.
“Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the ‘nice jewel of the nation’, who has established the victory of Indian cricket all around the world, ought to be honored with the Bharat Ratna,” MLA PC Sharma tweeted in Hindi.
He mentioned MS Dhoni has made Indian cricket proud internationally with many victories.
“MS Dhoni has lifted the nation’s title excessive in cricket. So he ought to be conferred with the best civilian honour,” Mr Sharma informed PTI.
