An unlawful property of a rape accused journalist was demolished on Monday, hours after Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan directed authorities to not spare these concerned in crime in opposition to ladies, an official stated.

A case was registered on Sunday in opposition to the accused Pyare Miya (68), who runs a neighborhood newspaper, of raping 5 minor ladies on a number of events.

“The illegally constructed marriage backyard of the accused was razed after the chief minister expressed his displeasure on this situation in a gathering this morning, telling officers to not spare folks concerned in crime in opposition to ladies.

“Following these directives, a staff of native administration demolished the wedding backyard in afternoon,” the official stated.

Extra Director Basic of Police (ADGP), Bhopal vary, Upendra Jain stated, “5 minor ladies had complained that Miya had sexually assaulted them on a number of events. Miya was booked beneath varied sections of the Indian Penal Code together with rape”.

The accused has been on the run, he stated.

Investigation revealed the accused had encroached upon the federal government land and developed unlawful properties, the ADGP stated.

“So, the motion has been taken in opposition to one such illegally-built constructing of the accused,” he stated.

Earlier on Sunday, a case was registered in opposition to Miya and his confederate Sweety Vishwakarma (21) after 5 ladies had been discovered roaming round in Ratibad space in a drunken state, police stated.

These ladies informed Childline that Miya had invited them to a party on the intervening evening of Saturday and Sunday in a flat in Shahpura space of the town, a police official stated.
