The Gautam Buddh Nagar Police has connected unlawful properties, together with land and luxurious automobiles, price Rs 11.35 crore of dreaded gangsters Sundar Bhati and Anil Dujana and their associates in a crackdown on regional mafia, officers stated on Sunday.

The crackdown started in Larger Noida on Saturday and continued on Sunday on the directions of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to rein within the gangsters, a day after eight policemen have been killed in Kanpur by henchmen of infamous legal Vikas Dubey.

“In keeping with the chief minister’s directions, Police Commissioner Alok Singh ordered the attachment of properties price Rs 7 crore which incorporates land and automobiles,” Deputy Commissioner of Police, Larger Noida, Rajesh Kumar Singh stated.

Central Noida DCP Harish Chander stated properties of the Anil Dujana gang”s member Chandrapal have been connected and his autos impounded, whereas properties of Divya Sangwan, spouse of one other gang member Robin Tyagi, have been additionally connected.

The seized automobiles embrace fashions of luxurious manufacturers like Audi and BMW, the officer stated.

“On Saturday, unlawful properties of mafias price Rs eight crore have been connected. On Sunday, their properties price Rs three.35 crore have been connected. Up to now, properties of eight gangsters price Rs 11.35 crore have been connected,” a police spokesperson stated.
