Chinese language Ambassador to India Solar Weidong on Friday paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his 151st delivery anniversary on Friday.
“Pay my respects to #MahatmaGandhi on his delivery anniversary. His imaginative and prescient and knowledge will proceed to encourage all of us right this moment,” Weidong tweeted on Friday.
The United Nations has marked October 2 because the Worldwide Day of Non-Violence. A number of occasions have been held in India and the world over to mark the event.
