Heavy rain in Mumbai results in a landslide on town’s Western Categorical Freeway

Heavy in a single day rain precipitated a landslide on the Western Categorical Freeway in suburban Kandivali early this morning, affecting vehicular motion from the western suburbs in direction of south Mumbai, officers mentioned.
No casualty was reported within the incident, a hearth management room official mentioned.
“We obtained a name round 7 am informing us in regards to the particles on Ali Yavar Jung Marg (often known as the Western Categorical Freeway),” the official mentioned.
The Western Categorical Freeway (WEH) is a serious north-south arterial highway, stretching from Dahisar to suburban Bandra in Mumbai.
