Over 18.6 lakh public grievances had been acquired over the last 12 months and greater than 16 lakh of them had been redressed, the Lok Sabha was knowledgeable in the present day.
A complete of 15,86,415 such grievances had been acquired in 2018 as in opposition to 18,66,124 in 2017, in accordance with the information shared by Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Jitendra Singh in a written reply.

In 2019, a complete of 18,67,758 public grievances had been acquired and 16,39,120 had been redressed, the minister stated.
