Police have eliminated handcuffs shackling Jacob Blake, who’s paralyzed after US police shot him repeatedly within the again, to his hospital mattress and stopped monitoring him, Blake’s lawyer stated Friday.
African-American Blake, 29, was shot seven instances within the again level clean over the weekend by a white police officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin and has no motion from the waist down.
