A public curiosity litigation (PIL) was filed on Monday within the Jharkhand Excessive Courtroom towards the alleged jail guide violations and “misuse” of the bungalow of RIMS Hospital director by former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Yadav.
The PIL, filed by Bihar resident and legislation graduate Manish Kumar, alleged that regardless of being a convict, Lalu Prasad Yadav was assembly a number of folks ceaselessly, which it stated is a transparent violation of the jail guide.
