Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday thanked his Bhutanese counterpart Lotay Tshering for his birthday needs and mentioned New Delhi and Thimphu friendship is a “shining instance of mutual belief and cooperation between neighbours”.

Taking to Twitter, the Bhutan prime minister prolonged his needs on PM Modi’s 70th birthday on Thursday.
