Opposition chief Alexei Navalny is welcome to return to Russia, the Kremlin stated Wednesday after he was discharged from a German hospital that handled him for poisoning.
“As regards his returning to Moscow, like another Russian citizen, he’s free to take action at any second,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated, in accordance with Russian information companies.
