SoftBank Group is exploring choices together with a full or partial sale or public providing of British chip designer ARM Holdings, the Wall Avenue Journal reported on Monday.

The assessment, on which Goldman Sachs Group is advising, is at an early stage, the report stated, citing individuals acquainted with the matter.

SoftBank acquired ARM for $32 billion (roughly Rs. 2.41 lakh crores) in 2016, its largest-ever buy, partly to increase into the web of issues, which connects on a regular basis gadgets from site visitors indicators to fridges to the Web.
