To convey the message to the individuals on the scarcity of coconuts, Sri Lankan State Minister of Coconut Arundika Fernando climbed a coconut tree and mentioned that the nation is going through a dearth of 700 million coconuts as a consequence of excessive demand for native industries and home consumption.
